Personnel and human capital issues are some of the most challenging in a practice manager’s life. We have to meet the practice’s expectations while dealing with each staff member’s personal issues.
It is also more than evident that there is substantial financial cost to losing a staff and prefer to recruit and retain the best employees possible. This is an extremely fun and dynamic interactive session where attendees take part in an expanded session openly discussing and comparing crucial Personnel and Staffing issues such as: Recruiting, Hiring and Firing, Retention, Value In Leadership, Personnel Manuals, Provider And Peer Support.
When all attendees have gone full circle and noted polices at each location, I then focus on some answers, then openly discussing and compare concerns, success stories and policies across the spectrum of attendees.
